Quick Reporting 3rd party reports

using quick reporting, spamcop seems not to send email to third parties, even though that option is selected in my preferences.

here, sc /dev/nulled mail to the open proxy IP, but apparently did not send mail to AOL. here, I would expect that AOL should receive email so that it could block the offending account or even better the offending IP at its end.

Yes AOL have a compromised email account (report sent)

with injection point being a BOTNET ATTACK HOST
