Despite appearances on www.spamcop.net, these Forums do not provide Official SpamCop.Net Customer Support, which is only available from the following:

Don/Argyle - Administrative affairs (SpamCop Admin): service[at]admin.spamcop.net

Deputies (SpamCop Deputies, including Ellen): deputies[at]spamcop.net HOWEVER, please note the following from a Reply to "What can we do regarding blocking?":
QUOTE
the deputies are seriously backlogged due to new spammer tricks and the latest virus outbreak. So please have patience.

J.T. - owner/Admin of the systems that handle the SpamCop newsgroups, Forum, and Email System (AKA JT and jefft): support[at]spamcop.net

Notes: Due to munging of the "@" symbol in this application, please use the above links (or demunge the text yourself) to contact the appropriate personnel. See also: http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?...indpost&p=29132 for source used for titles; many posts here and in the newsgroups for source for email addresses; http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?...indpost&p=37100 for source for permission to post (give out); and How can I contact a SpamCop representative?.

These Forums do not provide Official SpamCop.Net Customer Support. The SpamCop.net system has various components, some free, some paid, some technical. Basically, there are two separate entities: the SpamCop Parsing Service and Blocklist and the SpamCop Email Service.

The primary mode of support here is peer-to-peer, meaning users helping other users. Since there are many different aspects to SpamCop, there are people with various areas of expertise. That means that the forum is not truly peer-to-peer since posters include end users with little technical knowledge to server administrators with daily experience with email.

However, the regular users have built an archive of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) so that if one poster doesn’t have the answer, it can be pointed to in the FAQ. The FAQ also provides a way for people with questions to find the answer and not have to post and wait for an answer User Created FAQ

The user to user forum often provides faster and more complete answers. However, if you want to talk to a SpamCop employee about Reporting and Blocklist issues, please use this link to the web submission forms at SpamCop Web submission form which is designed to ask specific questions and extract information that leads to resolution on first contact, rather than having to write back and forth a few times.

For the SpamCop Email Service and Forum:

J.T. - owner/Admin of the systems that handle the SpamCop newsgroups, Forum, and Email System (AKA JT and jefft): support[at]spamcop.net
Note: The "@" symbol in this application has been changed to prevent spammers from harvesting email addresses.
Please use the above link (or replace [at] with @ yourself) to contact J.T.

Section 8 - SpamCop's System & Active Staff lays out the who's who ... and that was adapted from an earlier posting of the Forum FAQ in another format at SpamCop Forum FAQ, work in progress
