Spamcop's POPing of external accounts appears to have broken again. No mail collected from my ISP for the last couple of hours. No errors reported on the webmail "Configure External POP3 Servers" page. I've reported it via the "Problem" button on webmail.

I've contacted a friend of mine, who also uses Spamcop and picks up mail by POP3, and he's experiencing the same issue. Hopefully it will get sorted in due course - I asked my friend to also submit a problem report using webmail.

Same here.
Error count is zero. Last error code is 0.
I also sent a note to support[at]spamcop......

Appears RESOLVED @ 9:43AM US Eastern, at least for me!
