if my customer mad.gif send spam through our mailserver mad.gif , can I stop it? excl.gif Which lays?

Am I responsible ph34r.gif if he send spam or download films or games protected by copyright?? sad.gif

You better stop it, depending on your country's laws you are likely liable for crime in your own backyard (except for China and North Korea perhaps).

If your customer is in breach of your Terms and Conditions then disconnect him/her immediately. S/he hasn't a leg to stand on.

If you are aware of the problem then, yes, you are responsible. Once you start getting warnings that spam is flowing you should take action.

I guess that depends on the law in your country. But you won't get listed in a spam BL for this.
