- The Quick Reporting and "Queue for reporting (and move to trash)" capabilities don't produce an error when they fail to move the reported spam to the Trash Folder
- Create your Trash Folder by logging in to Webmail and deleting any message. Every SpamCop Email System Customer needs to do this once. This can also be done by creating the Folder in Webmail or your IMAP Client.
