I'm trying to clear out old spam in my held mail folder by going through the trash/delete process but it doesn't go away. I'm sure I'm missing a step but I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

As soon as I posted this I gave it one more try and figured it out. You can log into http://webmail.spamcop.net/, click on Inbox where there is another Held Mail folder. It is there where you can delete it and it actually does go away.

And once you have done it there once, the other page (VER for Very Easy Reporting) will work correctly as well.
