I am trying to start a new topic in Mailhosts, and it keeps winding up at the end of my existing post there. I'm puzzled. It was not tagged as moved.

Why a new Topic? First post dealt with HotMail. Ellen responded to that. Your next post (well, actually two posts, based on what I think I saw) also dealt with your situation with HotMail .... Thus, my merging your separate Topics back into / under your first.

Ah! So, there is more to this than error on my part, or software error.
Well, the question in the first post has to do with the behavior of the mailhost entry screen, and the signficance of what happened, as well as my nntp question. Thus the topic, hotmail and nntp.
The question in my second post is why, with thirteen test emails, I got thirteen failures of one type, and eleven of another. Two topics, to my way of thinking. I really do believe that this is a topic in its own right.
