If you want to use a cookie exception for free/paid reporting using http://www.spamcop.net (not for SpamCop Email System Accounts) in IE, please do the following in IE:

• Select the "Tools" Menu Item to open the Tools Menu.
• Select the "Internet Options" Submenu Item to open the Internet Options Window.
• If necessary, click on the "Privacy" Tab to select it.
• The "Edit" Button will only be available if you don't "Accept all Cookies".
• Click on the "Edit" Button to open the Per Site Privacy Actions Window.
• Type or paste "www.spamcop.net" without quotes into the "Address of Web site:" Textbox. This has to be exact, "spamcop.net" won't cut it.
• Click the "Allow" Button to Allow Cookies for www.spamcop.net.
• Click the "OK" Button to close the Per Site Privacy Actions Window.
• Click the "OK" Button to close the Internet Options Window.

The "Edit" Button described above is a "Sites" Button.

Also, you should probably explain WHY you would want to enter a Cookie Exception for Reporting. I would suspect most people would not need this set. For instance, this is not set for any of the many systems I use.

An alternate way of inputing the address is:
*.spamcop.net
if entered that way it allows for cookies from any spamcop.net site including this forum which is forum.spamcop.net and for email users (reporting) mailsc.spamcop.net or webmail.spamcop.net for web mail. It is simply a matter of choice, but wild cards do make input easier.

Also for those of us who are still required to use older versions of IE
The "privacy" tab is labeled "Security"
and you need to select the correct sub catagory "Trusted sites"
