Full Version: How to log into the web based reporting window

This FAQ assumes that you have already registered to use SpamCop to report spam. If this is not the case, you will have to register first. For help in registering go to How do I sign up?
There are currently three different URL's (web addresses) that can be used to log into the SpamCop reporting system. Which one you use depends on the answer to two separate questions:
  1. What type of reporting account do you have?
    1. Reporting only
      1. Free Account (Reporting Account without fuel)
      2. Premium Member Account (Reporting Account with fuel)
    2. SpamCop Email Account
  2. What method of account authentication do you what to use?
    1. Cookie based (you must have cookies enabled on the computer you are using)
    2. "HTTP basic auth"
The standard (default) address is http://www.spamcop.net/mcgi?action=loginform and requires cookies (all account types may use this address)
