JT has been paged, e-mailed, message left on his answering machne/tool .... even the Forum server can't "reach" it ....
And naturally, just after I typed this up, the server is back on line ....

Then this Forum Server was down for about 17min of maintenance.

This Forum Server was also unreachable for a while early this morning EST / late last night PST due to loss of data center Internet connectivity. Please see
