Full Version: Account lost or systems having problem?
SpamCop Discussion > Discussions & Observations > SpamCop Email System & Accounts

I logged in this morning (Europe) and busted a few people for spam.
This afternoon I opened SpamCop and I got rejected on Auth.
Tried manual login but no luck either.

I hit the 'forgot password', enter my reporting emailaddress and get the following message:
"No user found for input: spam_et_mezelf.com"

(correct email used and adapted email pasted here)

I posted the same issue earlier...so it's happening again!

Looks to be down, I am having a problem also. Between the spam filters only catching about 50% of the spam some days, the login issues, the gateway timeout, and the rudeness of the deputies when you contact them...Spamcop is not doing well in the service department. (Your mileage may vary)

Yea, logins on the spamcop reporting are not working. You can still log into web mail if you have a webmail acct and re[pport spam that way. Remember it's still in the christmas holiday sort of, so it may take a little longer to get it fixed.

Just so we are clear here, you sent me no e-mail.

From appearances, we've a number of 'new' Forum users that have not checked out the graphic at the top of the screen ....????? Might I suggest a visit to the Forum FAQ which inludes a section on Navigation of this Forum, including a bit of explanation for the Reporting Server Status item.

And also, please notice the Announcement at the top of this forum which is titled:
