I set up a client on this system and it appears to be working well. However, I'm concerned about the fact that she may not often check her held email and it will start to pile up.

Will this email expire and be deleted eventually? Or is this a totally manual process?

Is it possible to set the held email to delete automatically?

Held mail, by default, deletes after 14 days.
Note: be sure you have a trash folder, it is not automaticly created.
