we are using here a borderware mxtreme, which checks also spamcop blocklist.
As I saw, some (very long) topics about these mail providers are running, but they doesn't help me very much.

What I want to ask you is, what are you doing when these providers are permanently blocked?

We had once similar problems, so we deleted the blocklist-checking of this specific list.

I don't get the sensation that you actually read any of those "long topics" .... For example, just where did the "permanently blocked" thing show up?

As far as using the SpamCopDNSBL as a blocking tool, well isn't that part of the issue? Following the SpamCop FAQ links seen at the top of this page, one would find that even SpamCop.net does not recommend this.
