Email addressed to that address is bouncing:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at blade5.cesmail.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<xxx[at]xxx.xxx>:
User not found: xxx[at]xxx.xxx
===================================
(email address above replaced by xxx for security)

I have several other Spamcop accounts and have no problem with configuration. But this one does not appear to be working correctly.

I'd like to find somebody to fix it, but am getting no response from any email addresses I am trying. I'm perfectly happy to give the account email address to a human being but NOT on here.

How do I get it fixed, please?

Can one point out that the reason seems to be obvious? Not really an apparent SpamCop issue?

OK, but that sure makes it hard to do any research. Even the Domain name would have been something to search on to see if it was "known" for having some issues ....

This Forum thing has a function that is known and identified by "PM" ....
The "fix" based on what little data you provided would seem to be fixing the "username" in a field or two in your settings ... assumedly the "name" as actually used on that new account at the other place ...
