H ow does this "Power Board" work? I haven't used on line discussion boards for years.

Trying to guess that your Topic Subject line is a clue, you need to actually "register" .. and that includes using a valid e-mail address, so you can receive the "registration code" so you can finish the sequence .... this will then allow you to post elsewhere ...
