Reading the forum discussion items this seems a common problem.
However, I am also receiving a lot or returned/undelivered mail purporting to be from me. Each return seems to come from my e mail address but with a different set of random letters before the @. Does this mean that my computer has been infected by a virus? If it has can I get rid? I have a Zone Alarm firewall in place and several other anti spyware/virus programs operating.
Can anyone help?

I would say that more reading would help. As far as the ISP and blocking issue, start with any of the Wannadoo/Orange/Freeserve Subject titles .... same owners, same issues.

The "I didn't send those e-mails" situation even has its own FAQ enry ... "Why am I getting all these Bounces?"
