I'm new to SpamCop. I've been getting this error message when I paste the body of the email to configure my mailhosts:
Sorry, I don't grok the "paste the body" part of the sequence. To the best of my knowledge, it's the headers that actually count ... as the end goal is to identify the chain of servers involved in your e-mal delivery .. the 'body' would contain none of that data ...????

Ok, I have two servers with two spam catching emails on both. I want to use both of them to report to SpamCop. They both have near identical set ups
Not defined .... Domain names anywhere similar?
Is one a primary, the other a backup?
Just different Gateways?

but the problem is that when I paste the body of the email for the second email, i get "Headers not found.".
I'm using Mozilla Thunderbird to capture the headers (CTRL-U).
These two sentences don't seem to go together for some reason ...???

The only difference I see is that the second email address doesnt have the X-SpamCop-Conf header attached.
What should I do in this case?
Sorry if this has been posted already but I'm not really sure what to do with this.
If the same Domain name is involved, you've already accomplished the main effort, as the issue isn't "e-mail addreeses" .. it's the host servers involved.
If it's something else, then the instructions/guidance offered in the (attempted) FAQ entry and the Pinned items need to be followed .... that database and the intricacies involved can only be touched by the three identified paid-staff members.
There is a step-by-step FAQ entry here on running through the MailHost Configuration of your Reporting Account ... Have you looked at that entry yet?
Pinned item:
Mailhost Update, New Confirmation Procedure".... leads to a webform where you can copy/paste in the complete headers from the probe and also the body of the probe ..."
seems to suggest some missing data involved, per your description ....
