Apologies if this has been suggested before, (it does seem a little too obvious to have been overlooked, so it may well have been but was not thought worthwhile), but one thing I would personally find useful is a link to the forum.spamcop.net forums main screen from the spamcop.net main reporting screen, perhaps a 'Forums' tab along the top in addition to the others?

Unfortunately that is controlled by IronPort and at this point in time they do not seem to be receptive to making any changes.
We simply try to do the best with what we have to work with.
