It still works through http, so it isn't webmail.spamcop.net that is down.

Has worked for me every couple of hours for as long as I can remember. That is the only shortcut I use.

What kind of error are you seeing? Can you get to other https sites?

Whoops, it was a browser issue. Sorry.

After seeing your replies, I tried IE. That worked. So the problem was confined to Firefox.

The symptom was that there was no response at all for that URL -- the throbber just kept spinning, it never even timed out.

Restarting Firefox didn't help, but clearing private data did. Weird.
