Confidential Submit Address (submit.16charANcodeNMBR[at]spam.spamcop.net) is issued to you when you register with spamcop. It can be used to forward (as attachment) spam emails to the spamcop parser. It appears on the 'Welcome Page' after you log in - above the web paste in box.
