Is it possible to import my address book to my whitelist.
Can addresses that I report be automatically be added to my blacklist so they will not even make it through to my held mail

No, sorry. You can, however, "Release and Whitelist" a bunch of messages in one shot, as long as they are in the same Folder.

No, sorry. You are not reporting addresses, you are reporting spam that contains addresses. Do you really get that much spam from the same addresses?
