The 'normal' issue about the poted time(zone) data again .....
I believe it to be 2000 GMT -7 on 19 July 2007 ... noting that in her last announcement, the follow-on conversations included that Daylight Savings Time was also not taken into account ...???? Her newsgroup post includes the line "Date: Wed, 18 Jul 2007 15:18:04 -0400" .. but I know that she doesn't live or work in that timezone ....
