Hi all,

I'm getting the following error:

The email sample you submitted for xxxx[at]xxxx.com.au
appears to traverse more than one domain.
Please ensure that you configure each mailhost individually and in order.

I have a backup MX record that a friend of mine is hosting. He relays his mail through his ISP, so it goes from his domain, into his ISP's domain, then to me.

How am I able to setup mailhosts with this config?

Below that error message, you should see an intruction like this one:

You should copy/paste that URL into a browser window, go to that page and look for the "Request waiver.." link, and use it to ask our staff to finish configuring the host for you.
