I think it would be great that USA users could set something up in Preferences that would show the user resides in the USA and that radial check box (or something) could then make the reporting database automatically send all of that user's reports to the UCE address.

I manually check the address as a 'user defined recipient', but I think it would be a lot easier if all US citizens could just have their reports sent to the FTC (if they opted to do so, of course).
