There is a new phishing spam going out that entices SpamCop Email users to give up their username and password.

The point being ... don't fall for it. The only e-mail from SpamCop.net that would be talking about "the need" for your personal data would be in response to e-mail that "you" initiated. The reasons for "you" having to get into a discussion about your Registration details are very, very few.
