Reports related to 66.63.168.79 are directed to oc3[at]devnull.spamcop.net.

I can understand this behaviour where the postmaster or abuse addresses bounce the complaints.
Here the reason seems to be quite different and a bit historical::

http://www.spamcop.net/sc?action=showroute...typecodes=21,16 says that

So, is there still a good reason no to send them the reports they merit ?

If it was me, I'd start with SpamCop Newsgroups or SpamCop Newsgroups - How to access and use

Have you had a look at any of the spamhaus.org data/database?

I did. SBL19215 is no longer listed and SBL12057 is for an IP range that's not related to this IP: 66.63.181.74.

My recent spam is not FROM that ip; rather it's one of their customers that has a Wordpress installation that was hacked with the SQL injection: http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z2246736474zf...fece109daa09d8z

Seems to me that we should still send reports to this host.

Yeah but .... newsgroup links above noted the primary spot for "routing requests" .. and some of the recent changes, expansions, suggestions on the (allegedly) preferred ways to contact those folks these days. It has been stated that Ellen does not wade around in here .. Don is somewhat selective on what he sees and responds to in here.
