I eyeballed the listings but was looking for "No source IP address found, cannot proceed" on the left-hand side. It is easy to find using "find" (Ctrl-F) of course. But not everyone does that, not all the time. 'Following my nose' missed it. That has to say something ... "No source IP address found, cannot proceed." most commonly occurs in conjunction with "Header incomplete ..." but I'm not sure if it always does.
