    >- all of our spam comes in by email via the email service Argh! Sorry! That's just not true. I don't know what I was thinking. We handle all incoming spam email ourselves. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

Unable to register - Invalid CAPTCHA

    >- http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=ispsignupform I'm aware of the missing Captcha on that page. A bug fix has been filed. >- the "Reporting Server Status" indicates that there has been a problem for the last 5 or so hours That's an email problem. Nothing wrong with SpamCop. Except for a very few manual user reports, all of our spam comes in by email via the email service, which is down right now. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

    [Resolved] Something I can't explain

You're wasting your time. SpamCop won't send a report about www.avg.com so there is no need for you to remove it from your spam. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

Error trying to report held mail

We're having trouble, but we're on it. As always, when you experience a failure with SpamCop, the immediate action drill is to shut down your browser and go lie on the couch. :-) - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

How can I see why we've been listed?

Same thing this time. I guess you didn't take my advice about not referring to that WEB URL. Your staff is corresponding with someone who feeds all his email into a filter that automatically reports possible spam to SpamCop. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -
  15. - Received: from 98.137.13.221 (98.137.13.221) by - 208.71.41.139(208.71.41.139); Thu, 29 May 2014 18:26:10 +0000 >- by 208.71.41.139 208.71.41.139 is not a valid server name. The Yahoo server handling the email should identify itself with its true name, not its IP address. That "Received" line should look like this: Received: from 98.137.13.221 (98.137.13.221) by deli10126.mail.gq1.yahoo.com (208.71.41.139); Thu, 29 May 2014 18:26:10 +0000 Yahoo changed their headers and SpamCop is having trouble with them. It could go on for a while. We're working with Yahoo to get it fixed. All you can do for now is keep trying, and delete what you can't report. Sorry for all the trouble. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

    Spamcop MIME attachment errors

    >- SpamCop encountered errors while saving spam for processing: >- Message forwarded in html wrapper. That tells the whole story. The email you're using to send in the spam is HTML encoded with styles and fonts and colors. That won't work. The message used to send in spam needs to be in plain text. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

  21. A couple of our processes were attacked by scripts, Our logs show this was a dictionary attack, not any sort of orchestrated attack that suggested any type of security breech. We continue to investigate but at this point we're not sure what the purpose of the attack was other than to be an annoyance. We will let users know if we find anything different. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -
  22. Unfortunately, ISP greylisting is a problem for the Mailhost system. All you can do is wait and try again. I can add servers to the host if you will write to me with the info. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -
