    Parsing error

Yahoo changed their headers and SpamCop is having trouble with them. It could go on for a while. We're working with Yahoo to get it fixed. All you can do for now is keep trying, and delete what you can't report. Sorry for all the trouble. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -
  2. I made the change. Hope you're right. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -
  3. >- appears to traverse more than one domain. That's the key to the problem. The resolution is to click on the link and request a Mailhost waiver so that a staff member can review the submission and make any necessary adjustments. It looks like you did that and I processed the waiver. Yahoo is now registered as a host on your account. Mail hosts are global. They apply to all SpamCop users. It doesn't do any good to delete a host from your account. When you try to register the address again, you will simply get the same host back. If you're having trouble with a host, just let me know and I'll be happy to look into it. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

  7. Using Thunderbird's "Forward as Attachment" function is the best way to send the spam to your "submit" address. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -
  8. SpamCop doesn't bounce email that is sent to a "submit" address. Never, ever. It might send an error email telling you the submission didn't work, but never a bounce. If you will send me a copy of one of the bounces you're getting, maybe I can explain. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

    [Resolved] Reinstating Old Account

You can renew at this page: http://mail.spamcop.net/account_renew.php Just so there's no confusion... I work for the reporting side of SpamCop, which is a completely separate company from the Email Service you have your account with. If the problem is not about spam reporting, all I can offer is advice. Your contact at the Email Service is: support[at]CESmail.net - Don -

    Mail Server Blacklisted?

173.9.79.170 = 173-9-79-170-newengland.hfc.comcastbusiness.net is not on our list and never has been. There is no report history on that IP. The SpamCop blocking list only contains server IP addresses. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

    [Resolved] relay denied

    >- IP name lookup failed for 64.88.168.91 64.88.168.91 doesn't resolve to a server name and your ISP doesn't like that, so it rejects the email. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

    Error with Spamcop email servers?

The Email Service folks use their own service for their personal email. As do I. I don't know what's going on. I'm looking into it. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -
  18. 60.2.37.162 = tangche.com is not on the SpamCop blocking list and never has been. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -
  19. >- Received: from 192.168.0.53 ([192.168.0.53]) The problem is caused by the odd characters in that "Received" line. I don't know why. If you remove them, the spam will process properly. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

    Automatic reporting with mdaemon

This is what is necessary... SpamCop is looking for the full headers in one contiguous block of text, followed by a blank line, which signals the end of the headers, and then followed by the body text of the spam. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

unicode sequence knocks out spamcop processing

If you will email me the TRACKING URL from the top of the SpamCop page when you try to process the spam, I can use it to see what SpamCop is doing. Please EMAIL the info to me. Service[at]SpamCop.net - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -

unicode sequence knocks out spamcop processing

    >- <U+FEFF>Received: from 10.1.0.95 ([10.1.0.95]) That line is irrelevant because it features an "internal only" IP address. SpamCop will ignore it anyway. >- Received: from [200.69.242.1] (helo=customer-static-242-1.iplannetworks.net) by x.x.x The parse should be finding 200.69.242.1, but the server getting the email from outside is using an invalid name (x.x.x) - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -
