  1. Due to mail client incompatibility issues, I'm temporarily forced to use Office 365 webmail for my work email. Forwarding messages to my submit link results in "errors encountered", and there's no option to forward as attachment. Anyone have a workaround for this? Thanks!

  3. Thanks for the replies. The spam is definitely not internal in origin. The first couple times it happened, I checked with our IT folks just to be sure. Can you please specify what you mean by a tracking URL? How do I check mailhost settings?
  4. Yes. At the time I asked about the multiple aliases and was told it should work fine. Haven't been able to get more info since then.
  5. Hi, I'm a long-time paid user and regular spam reporter. I recently switched universities and my new institution sets up multiple aliases for me, all routed to the same in-box. I assume this is the reason that when I report spam I'm receiving here, it's identifying my own university as the source. I've tried previously to submit requests to get this fixed by have received no replies. Any advice?
