  1. Hi, Is there a way to avoid getting and acting on individual emails that say "SpamCop is now ready to process your spam. Use links to finish spam reporting (members use cookie-login please!)" and process all submitted spam automatically? Thanks!
  2. Hi, Since about a month ago, I can't submit ANY spam. All I get, every time, is: "Mailhost configuration problem, identified internal IP as source" It seems to be a SpamCop parsing issue, as other online tools parse the same email headers correctly: https://mxtoolbox.com/EmailHeaders.aspx https://www.iptrackeronline.com/email-header-analysis.php What do I do? Thanks!
  3. You may be right. It's unfortunate. We're providing valuable data to Cisco (owners of SpamCop), and they don't seem to want to invest any resources to get this sorted. Sad.
  4. Is there anything that we can do? Is there a way to send feedback to Google?
  5. Yes! This seems to be a Gmail issue. spam not sent to Gmail seems to be parsed fine. I can't be manually editing lines for SpamCop to accept this. Why can't everyone just work together nicely? ? Is there a way for SpamCop to work around this in the meantime?
  6. Hi! No worries. Yes, I have configured all my mailhosts. From what I understand, this issue relates to how Gmail shows the sender/relaying IP, which confuses SpamCop. Other online tools, however, seem to parse these headers just fine.
  7. Sorry - what do you mean? In my case, I can see the original email in my reports.
  8. Hi! That seems to be the case ONLY if the email is NOT forwarded. In my case, all emails are forwarded to a catch-all address, let's call it EMAIL B. If spam was sent to EMAIL A, then forwarded to EMAIL B, only EMAIL B will be redacted in the report. I can still see the full EMAIL A in SpamCop reports, even when not logged in.
  9. Hi! If you click "view full message", it shows more details. In my case, it shows the full email that the spam was sent to, even if not logged in. As mentioned, only the final destination that the offending email is forwarded to is redacted by SpamCop.
  10. Hi! I was going to add an example, but they all seem to reveal a bit too much data, including the email the spam was sent to (only the final catch-all email seems to be redacted). Is there a way around this?

    How to automatically submit spam?

That sucks. However, we assign every sender a unique email on our domain, to track any email leaks/spam. If an email is compromised, we change it at the source, and then set the compromised email to forward any incoming spam to SpamCop. Those emails will only ever receive spam so we don't need to check those reports. But there does not seem to be a way to do that?
  13. Hello, I randomly get "SpamCop could not find your spam message in this email" - and then the offending email is enclosed, with full headers and body. I am forwarding emails via cPanel. Can you help? Thanks!
  14. Wow. What a disappointment. After getting in touch with one of the deputies, and not getting any help from them, I get this: "I'm not sure what you are waiting for as a response. If the method you are using is not working, it's not working. SpamCop expects the spam to come as an attachment. If your method can't follow that, it won't work." There seems to be no willingness to help here. At all. I am trying to contribute to both SpamCop and the anti-spam community, but this does not seem to be appreciated. There was no investigation. No solutions offered. Nada.
  15. Thanks for your response! I have previously had a number of personal forwarders set up in Cpanel, and they arrive like any regular email would - header, body, attachments. I can't seem to figure out what is causing the issue and I'd love to fix it as reporting spam is very important to me. Many thanks!
  16. Hi all, How do I contact SpamCop reps regarding this? Thanks!
  17. Hi all, I'm still getting LOADS of issues with SpamCop rejecting reports. As mentioned, I am forwarding emails to my unique reporting email via the cPanel forwarding feature. It seems these errors are showing up regardless of if the email has an attachment or not. I am not sure how cPanel forwards the emails, but I don't think it's as attachments. Thanks!
  18. Hi, Thanks so much for your message. I have emailed the SpamCop service email, but have received no response. I've turned off spam filtering in cPanel, so it should not be it. All emails with attachments are forwarded just fine. Confused!
  19. That's the thing - it does not give me tracking URLs with these errors.
  20. Hi, Thanks so much for your message. Hmm. I'm not sure it's the same issue. SpamCop seems to throw this message randomly. It's not about missing attachments or a blank body. The headers are there. The body is there. I don't get it.
