I am finding the new program very, very S-L-O-W. Takes forever for the Inbox to come up.

Stuff KEEPS GOING WRONG with Spamcop e-mail. This is getting pretty much unsupportable, IMO. I mean, we're PAYING for this, aren't we? I cannot log in at 5:40 p.m. EDT. What the heck?

It seems Spamcop webmail is down again at 5:30 p.m. EDT Saturday. I rely on this service to get my e-mail and when it doesn't work I am in trouble. Do I need to find a new provider?

Still is not working for me at 1:56 P.M. CDT in Arkanas. I get a login page but a blank result when I log in.

Please PLEASE start posting webmail outage news on www.spamcop.net. That usually stays up when the webmail server is down (which it seems to be at the moment, 12:30 CDT Tuesday 4/18). Those of us who rely on the service would really like to be able to check in and see what is going on and when service might be restored.

Ditto, except I'm gettting "Login failed for some reason."

Well, SOMETHING is going on. Webmail is working very SLOWLY for me. I admit I'm using a motel internet connection instead of my regular one, but all other websites (including this one) are working fine.

Well, it's a friend who sends me several e-mails a week and none ever has been caught before, that's all. So I wondered why. Of course I have now whitelisted him. Just curious about the change. Thanks.

Is something new with the system? All of a sudden a number of my legit messages, stuff that has been getting through fine for years, are being trapped.
