Is there any solution for this issue?

This is what i found for a map of my email servers. I do not understand all of it. I believe my servers are 64.135.130.5 & 64.135.130.6 I started at sacoriver.net, then was purchased by pinetreenetworks.com, who was purchased by OTT.

It seem that all emails inbound is being received by 172.20.20.xx. No sure what the ISP is doing.

In recent, any email i submit to spamcop and get the same reply, anyone have an idea what maybe wrong?: Possible forgery. TDC started following Problem reporting spam

As of Decemeber 10, I have no long been able to forward spam e-mails to SpamCop.net. I only get an error reply back "It appears you did not provide all email headers". I have check what i am forwarding and it appears to be correct. If go to SpamCop.net web site to report it, it has no problem processing it. I have check to make sure the my account was configured correctly. I have also done what was suggested in the e-mail from SpamCop Robot, but to no avail. Any ideas or suggestions?
