  1. May I ask whether you have a fastmail email address in the fastmail.fm domain or use a different domain from their list? Or your own domain? Thanks, Hein
  2. Fastmail problems again... "Headers not found." via forward-as-attachment (which works for spam submissions) and via Fastmail's web interface. Could it be that the mailhost configuration expects a Received: line with the domain of the final recipient?
