  1. This report https://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z6397987359zc635571074ec887a3fe4f62e433eeb25z produces a "This email contains no date" A search of the forum showed one reply to a similar report saying that this was due to the first "Received:" entry not having a data. The first Received line in this email has a data, although the second doesn't. Is that enough to cause the report to be rejected? First 3 Received lines: Received: from spica04.aul.t-online.de (rSFFKsZ6YhdqYsoski2XUd2+MvprEnW1kpyZfto8BeXrryvFCk6vAdTtlIgv6zTQKd@[172.20.102.131]) by fwd30.aul.t-online.de with esmtp id 1dh7ru-1o5d2G0; Mon, 14 Aug 2017 07:24:50 +0200 Received: from 101.222.168.155:14608 by cmpweb17.aul.t-online.de with HTTP/1.1 (Lisa V4-9-4-0.14023 on API V5-8-0-0) Received: from 172.20.102.123:17644 by spica04.aul.t-online.de:8080; Mon, 14 Aug 2017 07:24:49 +0200 (MEST)
  2. A while ago, 3:24PM CDT (2024 UTC), after visiting "members.spamcop.net" clicking on "Unreported spam Saved: Report Now" I got the following message, asking me to report the error to "httpconfig [at] admin.www.spamcop.net" but an email to that address bounced, <"httpconfig [at] admin.www.spamcop.net">: Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=admin.www.spamcop.net type=AAAA: Host not found so I'm reporting it here, just in case it's really of use to someone. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, "httpconfig [at] admin.www.spamcop.net" and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
  3. Nothing I've reported today has been acknowledged, and when I go to members.spamcop.net, there's nothing to report. All told, about a 10 or 12 reports have gone missing.
  4. I regularly report spam to my reporting address, but when I go to members.spamcop.net to finish the report I sometimes see this instead: Bounce error Your email address, bert[at]xxxxxx.com has returned a bounce: Subject: Please ensure your email account is reliable, then click below: Since there's no other information, like dates, times or anything else, this is a bit tricky for me to resolve. I've talked to my ISP's tech support and they can't find anything in their logs related to any problem which would explain this. I've had this happen before, where the bounces come for a few days and then things return to normal, 'til they start up again some months later. Other than pushing the button and ignoring the problem 'til the next time, is there anything to be done?
  5. Every couple of weeks, after reporting some spam, when I go to report it, I find this: Your email address, bert[at]****.com has returned a bounce: Subject: Please ensure your email account is reliable, then click below: I've noticed no problems with any of my other correspondents, although knowing what mail I didn't get might be tough. Is there some way I can get more information on this to help diagnose the problem, like full headers from at least one bounced message?
