I'm a second-line support worker for a web host specialising in not-for-profit organisations. As such, among other things, I deal with abuse reports from both inside and outside our network. We use greylisting to deflect 80-90% of spam, and use the SpamCop BL through SpamAssassin: I've written over 300 spamassassin rules, some of which will I hope one day make it into the main branch of SA development.

I've been submitting spam to SpamCop through a personal account since about 1999.
