OE - Microsoft Outlook Express
Outlook Express (OE) is one of the easier email clients to use with the
SpamCop Reporting Service. Unlike Microsoft's "Outlook" which is generally linked to Microsoft's Exchange Mail Server; OE allows for forwarding messages "as attachment", which includes full headers that are required for reporting, as well as viewing the message source which can then be copied and pasted into the "all-in-one submission form" for reporting.
