How to Change your Registered Email Address - SpamCop Reporting
You may change your registered email address at any time. To do so, click on Preferences (in the menu bar at the top of the reporting screen and then click on Change Email address or name to get to the update screen.
The update screen includes two separate input boxes.
The first one is to register the name that you want to appear on your reports the SpamCop parser prepares for you.
The second box is to change the address that you would like to use to receive email responses from your reports. This is also serves as your "registered email address"
Changes will not become effective until after you have completed the multi step process by first click on found at the bottom of the screen. The SpamCop system will send a confirmation email to the address you just entered. Please check your mail to complete the process. You must retrieve this confirmation email and respond to it before your address change will become effective.
Note: Although this will change the email address which SpamCop uses, it will NOT update your username (login). You will continue to log in with the username you signed up with originally.
