Report

A SpamCop Report (complaint) is an email sent to various administrators as suggested by the SpamCop Parsing and Reporting Service. Note: These reports are not sent automatically. The list of target recipients is displayed and the user agrees/disagrees with the contents of that list by removing/adding checks to a selection box for each targeted address, and then clicking on the Submit button.

Note 2: The use of Quick Reporting bypasses most of the above, but only sends a Report to the source of the e-mail complained about.

"Report" is also used as a verb within SpamCop meaning to submit to the SpamCop Parser to identify the source of the message and the appropriate reporting addresses as well as to draft the initial reports which can then be easily sent by the user of the tool.
