It should be noted that domain names that contain an hypen in their name continue to cause problems for the parser. A global fix may take some time to develop, but individual domain names are easily handled by sending an email to the deputies as stated above.

The above examples have been fixed and seem to have been the result of the parser not handing the - (hyphen) in the domain name correctly. Specificly the whois look up is not working correctly. See the following example:
Parsing input: 78.99.70.123
Routing details for 78.99.70.123
[refresh/show] Cached whois for 78.99.70.123 : abuse@ip.t
Using best contacts abuse@ip.t-com.sk
As noted in the previous line, the reporting address is correct but the whois information is wrong.

SpamCop Parser is generating reports to bad abuse addresses
When you review the reports generated by the
parser, you may discover that the parser uses an incorrect reporting address at times. These errors are correctable if the
SpamCop reporting staff is made aware of them.
Some examples of reported problems have been:
abuse@arcor should have been abuse@arcor-ip.de
abuse@server should have been abuse@server-home.net
abuse@ip.t should have been abuse@ip.t-com.sk
The above examples have been fixed and seem to have been the result of the parser not handing the - (hyphen) in the domain name correctly.
The best way to report the problem and to have it fixed is to send an email directly to the SpamCop deputies
deputies@admin.spamcop.net. It is far and away the most effective route to a solution.
Please use a descriptive subject line:
such as: Bad Abuse Address
Please be clear and concise.
Please include a
Tracking URL.
