SpamCop Parsing

The SpamCop parser is a program (or series of programs) written and maintained by Julian Haight and maintained by IronPort. The parser "looks through" the reported spam's e-mail headers and identifies the source IP address of the spam. The output of the parser is called TechnicalDetails. The parser then generates notifications that the SpamCop reporter can send to the abuse addresses responsible for the source IP address of the spam. As a secondary task, the parser attempts to identify any spamvertized URLs that it finds in the spam.
