  1. I just switched hosting providers which means that all the mail configs need to be updated. However, the test message from SpamCop is not being received. I've checked the logs and don't see any record of an incoming from Spamcop. Maybe this feature is borked?
  2. Hello, I'm so sorry if this is included elsewhere - I've searched, but many dead topic threads and no answer that I can find. Now that I've registered my mail accounts for the the accounts I wish to report spam for (included @me and one other domain), what happens next? This isn't really clear in the MailHost info tab. Does spam still come to my Apple Mail Client? Do I do the same process of reporting spam (Junk)? Do I still Report via the Report spam tab (after 3 days per instructions) And if so, what was the point of registering my mailhosts? Thanks in advance!
  3. I am receiving the following after I try to configure my mailhosts. I haven't used Spamcop for sometime but I seem to be getting a lot of spam all of a sudden so went to use it today and I needed to configure this. I get to step 2 to send me an email and I receive this: I removed my actual email address in the above text. I have added service@admin.spamcop.net to the safe list at network solutions email account, and checked http://emailadmin.registeredsite.com for my IP and it is not blocked. (Bell Canada user) The IP address 184.94.240.112 that appears above is blocked. Not sure what that is in the message above or if its relevant. It doesn't appear in WHOIS. What am I doing wrong?
  4. Attempting to add an email address to my already large list of mailhosts config, for a domain I'm newly receiving email in. The domain in question is one of the Google Hosted domains (eg, I get email through outlook, but if I did webmail, it would be in a Google Business Gmail window). Is this a case that requires d'Minions? (*not our departed dear Don , but the "minions" he left behind) Host mx.google.com (checking ip) IP not found ; mx.google.com discarded as fake. Sorry, SpamCop has encountered errors: The email sample you submitted for <user> [at] <domain> appears to traverse more than one domain. Please ensure that you configure each mailhost individually and in order. Proceed here: ..https://www.spamcop.net/mcgi?mhc2=xxxxx Thanks for looking this over.. -T
  5. Found the Mailhost page quite confusing and hard reading. English is my second language. You guys should do some work on your site, in matter of user-friendliness. I need to report from two hotmail addresses using Windows Live mail and Outlook.com. Pretty basic. email1[at]live.dk email2[at]live.dk What I do understand, I probably just need to migrate one of the addresses be good going. But any trouble involved by adding both? I unfortunately due confusion deleted my addresses from Mailhost at this moment and now like to undo. Any issues with this?
