Greetings, we have problems with a spammer who fakes his header with one of our mail addresses and also in some parts our mail server IP, but the origin in the first spam wave a week ago is Yesterday this week the second wave started from As it seems clear that the sending IP is not ours, I wonder why we where blacklistet by spamcop. How can I prevent this from happing again? Hi there! sometimes it happens, that the parser sais on some of the mails that: and Track-ID: https://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z6401897141zb8189d91ef7ad6ae7e10b9f1c3226c21z Now I'm sending a few mails to the submit-adress and then want to process it but I cannot continue by deleting the "No source IP-Mail" or jump to next. The only thing I can do is clean the Reported spam completely. Is there a button I can't see? Thanks!
  3. Hi Just wanted to know if there is some overview on ip addresses/ranges and how often they have been added to the blacklist over the past few years. I would like to see what providers/ranges are sort of regular offenders. Thanks in advance, marc
  4. Hello - I've been using Spamcop since it's early days and it has served me well and I hope that my reporting has had some small effect on the massive amounts of spam around the world. But this is the first time that I've needed some advice from the experts here in the forum to see what I can do about this issue - if anything. Today I received a spam at one of my anonymous joke Facebook accounts. I'm not even sure how these people got my email and targeted me with their smear campaign against people that I know nothing about at all. I do *not* like people who go about attacking people behind the cloak of anonymity. If you have a beef with someone because you are mad at them have the stones to say who you are. So since this was unwanted spam I decided to report it. But the Spamcop came back saying that it could not find an IP address. I found this curious because I could see the IP in the headers - but I thought that it must be spoofed or something like that. Although I have been using Spamcop for over a decade I'm not that familiar with how it all works. Could someone explain it to me, and possibly advise me on how I should proceed with this problem - or should I just forget it? Thank you - TC
