This message shows up in red: Failed to load spam header: 2735539588 / 1c9d2c0027786e01d4076e755ad4eeb1. I would be thankful for any kind of help! SpamCopAdmin Posted March 27, 2009 Share Posted March 27, 2009 We just upgraded SpamCop's hardware and changed to a new software release. I think the problems we're seeing is because the system is trying to catch up after it was down for hours during the maintenance. Hard to say for sure. I'm seeing the same error you are, but the spam processes if I hit the "reload" button a couple of times. All very strange. What I've been doing when it happens is repeatedly pasting the same data into the Reporting page's textarea, and at one point — on the second, third, …, sometimes tenth try the error finally goes away. As others have noted, it should work after variable number of attempts - that one resolved (eventually) for me - http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z2736740572z3...491bd295378a62z If it is following the pattern of 'variable results' seen in previous times that may mean only a limited number of processing servers are successful, the rest are failing (noting <!-- SpamCop::Web::Look $Revision: #10 $ produced by prod-sc-www3 --> in the page source when that one worked). Anyway, sometimes it might work straight up, other times it takes many re-tries. Too tedious, isn't it? I notice that every single attempt is listed in my reporting history; "Failed to load spam header" gives "no reports filed", just as if I had canceled the reports from the parse page. And you can't just select the displayed text in a post and copy it for a tracking URL - that doesn't pick up the full reference (which is shortened for display).
