If it has a PNG it's probably spam

Recommended Posts

I'm seeing onesies and twosies several times a day of spam getting through. They all have .PNG attachments.

Is there some better way to catch these?

What is your SpamAssassin level set to? Also, what blocklists have you selected in your webmail config? I get almost not spam through spam Cop (2-3 per week on average) and I have my SpamAssasin level set to 1 (the lowest it will go) and have all the blocklists turned on.

Unfortunately, you can't set up a filter on attachments, otherwise I'd suggest setting up a filter to filter all *.png attachments to the "held" folder.

Hope this helps. Just keep reporting 'em as they come in.
