Wazoo 0 Posted March 23, 2010 Apologies for coming in so late to the game. Current status is unknown, other than the primary application servers have crashed. Voice-mail as been left for JT. A ecently hired email-support person is awae of the issue (noting that he/she has been logged in here and was seen within the Topics/Discussions relating to this outage. It was a database related problem which Jeff took care of. No mail was lost altho there is a backup in the queues so it may take a short while before everything gets processed. Wazoo 0 Posted March 23, 2010 And from the e-mail news page; Mar 23, 2010 [18:30 EDT] The SpamCop email system is back up. At approximately 12:30PM today the database encountered a problem which caused new mail to not be sorted into user mailboxes and disabled webmail logins.
