As posted on the news page for the e-mail system;

•[21:02 EDT] A disk problem on one of the filtering servers has resulted in some mail deliveries being delayed today. The problem has been fixed and all delayed email is currently being delivered. No mail was lost during this problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.
