Tracking URL http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z4943896180z8...fddc3e3b3a1520z

According to SpamCop, Liquidweb, which is apparently the web host, refuses reports of spamvertised URLs, however in the whois info from arin.net, there is a separate abuse contact listed. I'm copying the whois info for the IP of the spamvertised url:

whois 209.59.171.30

[Querying whois.arin.net]

[Redirected to rwhois.liquidweb.com:4321]

[Querying rwhois.liquidweb.com]

[rwhois.liquidweb.com]

As you can see the network owner has a separate whois contact, and I would request that this netblock have an override to abuse[at]sourcedns.com.

Thanks!

Yep, you're right. SC says:

If reported today, reports would be sent to:

Re: http://manzoni.info/hatemistake.html</A>&... (Administrator of network hosting website referenced in spam)

abuse[at]liquidweb.com

BUT any new spam submission has it:

Re: http://manzoni.info/hatemistake.html</A>&... (Administrator of network hosting website referenced in spam)

To: abuse[at]liquidweb.com (refuses to accept this type of report)

To: abuse#liquidweb.com[at]devnull.spamcop.net (Notes)

Just added this because a quick glance at the tracking URL makes it look like the liquidweb reporting address is back in business. But it is not.
