Not only did these guys realize I read English (Yahoo far east abuse entities can not, they send me replies in their language rather than the language of the internet!) but tried to avoid insulting me by addressing me in a (relatively) non-sexist way and they claim to be taking action. Nice!

Good work Steve. Of course spammers/black hats have no need to be polite (or to respond at all), I would be inclined to take it at face value.
