ZapZombie
Is my guess, because the recepient will then receive a link ment for the user who reported, where the spam can be marked as no spam?
Farelf
Use it if you've found the abuse address. See http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=12680 on the use of "User Notification" address - it really IS intended to send a copy (anonomysed/munged) of the report to someone else the reporter thinks should get it. See http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=12736 too.
turetzsr
...This looks more like a topic for the "SpamCop Reporting Help" Forum, not the "Routing / Report Address Issues" Forum, so I am taking the liberty of moving it.
